Lady GaGa is gracing the cover of Rolling Stone’s Hot Issue, and she’s naked, well, Gaga is adorned in only bubbles, a frizzy blonde wig and her trademark makeup.She tells the magazine, “I don’t feel like I look like the other perfect little pop singers.
