I get loads of DMs with complaints about poor genes🤔 So many people excuse their failures with bad genetics and continue doing nothing and believing they just are unlucky🤦🏻‍♀️ But here is the truth. Having good genes is like inheriting the Steinway grand piano – it is no doubt cool, but you still need to learn how to play it! If you got lucky in genetic roulette, you have a good base to work with. That’s it. And if you weren’t so fortunate – yes, it will be harder for you to achieve what you want. But it doesn’t mean you can’t do it. Pretty much anything can be achieved through hard work and dedication🙏🏼 You can be born as Mozart, but never become one🤷🏻‍♀️ So forget about genes and just push forward😈💪🏼 Photo by @calebchic 📸 #genes #motivation #fitness #success

Ph: @bradantoigo 📸📸📸 Every single person in our life is our mirror. Each person you interact with, each relationship gives you an opportunity to really see yourself and ultimately to grow🤔 If someone's negativity or insecurities set you down, step back and look inward. Try to find the same behavior in yourself. If someone criticises you, you will find that you are critical of yourself and most probably of others. If someone ignores your needs, you will find that you too ignore your own needs or those of others. The only reason these qualities are annoying to you is because they are yours, too🤷🏻‍♀️ Others are simply reflecting parts of your own consciousness back to you. If you have doubts about yourself, others will doubt you too. If you believe that you're not worthy, not "cool enough" or that people won't like you – they will show you that you're right. You ☝🏼 teach others how to treat you by how you treat yourself. So learn to recognize yourself in other people. And learn to love yourself❤️Until you start loving yourself, you'll continue to receive a reflection that's unsupportive, resistant, and negative🙏🏼 #motivation #selflove #psychology

I get a lot of questions about how do I take care of my skin. So I want to share some simple tips with you which help my skin look flawless😉 1. Healthy eating is my number 1 rule🍏 Good skin starts from the inside. Each day I eat fruits, vegetables, and berries, that are filled with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to encourage glowing and clear skin. Avoid the bad kind of fats found in junk food and sweets 🍔 but don't be afraid of good fats you can find in olive oil, nuts, flaxseed. These fatty acids will keep your skin looking youthful. Avoid processed or refined carbohydrates and too many sugars as well. I prefer whole grains like bulgur, oats, buckwheat, quinoa👌🏼 2. Always stay hydrated 💧 It helps to reduce acne and keep your skin clear. I drink plenty of clean water during the day (juice, tea, and coffee don’t count). Try it for a week, and you will see the improvements. 3. Workouts🏋🏼‍♀️ I do my best to stay active every day. Make sure you get at least a few hours of exercise each week. It increases blood flow to your skin, supplies it with oxygen and nutrients, and helps to flush out the toxins. 4. Cleaning🥰 I wash my face twice a day to keep it oil-free and improve complexion. I also rub my face with ice before bed each night. It keeps pores tight, and you wake up with a perfect look. I use natural oils to moisturize my body skin. Some of my favorites are coconut oil, vitamin E oil and jojoba oil. Olive oil is great for my skin type, but it can cause flaking for others, so be sure it fits you. Avoid strong soaps. Instead, choose mild cleansers. I usually don’t wear makeup (only for shootings). If you wear makeup daily, get makeup-free days sometimes. Once a week use scrubs, exfoliating sponges, or moisturizing masks. This will help to buff away dead skin cells and leave your skin feeling silky smooth🤓 5. Manage stress🥵 It harms not just your mind and sleep, but your skin as well. Stress can make it more sensitive, trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems. Try to lower stress levels. Set realistic goals and limits for yourself, and do things you enjoy❤️ Photos by @calebchic 📸

📸 @calebchic 📸 Sport brands are always trying to sell us more workout clothes, shoes, gadgets, and much more. Since home training became a big thing lately, fitness equipment is a hot topic now. Everyone is arguing on what should one use working out on their own and there are many lists of “essential equipment for home training”. Let me tell you my point here. Learn to work with your own weight first. There are so many insanely difficult exercises that don’t involve any additional equipment. Yet, doing them you can achieve good results. So think twice before spending a fortune on the set of weights or something else. There is a huge chance you can level up your workout routine without any equipment by just adding more advanced exercises to it. Also, you should know how to workout with your own weight properly first before you implement any equipment. It will help you to understand your body and use it better in the future. Of course, I’m not talking you out of buying workout stuff, just telling you it’s not as necessary as is advertised. So be creative and look for new training sets that you can perform with your own weight 🙏 #workout #training #fitness #homeworkout #equipment

Willing to lose weight we tend to concentrate only on the reflection in the mirror and the number on the scales. While you should track your progress to keep your weight loss system effective, it shouldn’t be your main focus☝🏼🤓 Instead learn to hear and understand your body, listen to how it feels. Is this workout right for it? Or maybe you should switch to something else? 🤔Remember, that there is no strict rules when it comes to trainings. You don’t have to pump iron if you don’t like it. Dance if you enjoy it, do pilates, yoga, go to the pool – options are pretty much endless. In fact, you will get more fit faster if you choose the workout you like. Your body will be grateful for it👻 Some people like working out in the morning, some – in the evening. Some prefer to train up to 5 times per week, some feel the desire to workout only 2-3 times each week. It doesn’t mean that you’re not as good as those who almost live in the gym if you train only a couple of times during the week. It just means that your body doesn’t need that much of a physical activity. Maybe it will need more later – listen to yourself and you will notice😌 Healthy lifestyle is not about looks, weight, amount of fat or muscles. It’s about being in harmony with your own body. It’s about listening to it, understanding it, and, most importantly, loving it❤️ #health #healthylifestlyle #healthylife #bodypositive #bodypositivity #selflove #fitness #weightloss
