🍑Glute Sequence. – Wanna grow your glutes? My friend @drchadwaterbury showed me this incredibly effective way to build your glutes.  There are 5 different exercises. Each is held for 45 seconds per side. – #1 The Clam Shell: If you can’t use your elbow start on the floor and build up. – #2 Lying leg raise: Keep the raised leg low and back. – #3 Fire hydrant: Stay straight and only lift your leg, don’t twist your body. – #4 Facing the wall: The down leg must be bent and not straight. Keep your head up. – #5 Monster Walk: Small, Hard steps, make sure your knees stay straight and don’t push in. – The sequence takes about 10  minutes. This should be done before your workouts and on off days. Woman, I’d suggest starting with the green band and Men. The Blue band. 📆 Body Updates This is how my body looks when I eat healthy but don’t count calories. My weight is 145lb ( 66 kg ) 20% body fat, and my height 5’8”( 174cm ) – P.S. I took took this pic one month ago on March 24th, the day I started my meal plan 🥦 – ✅ My goal is to bring my body fat down until my abs are visible, my guess it’s around 14% body fat. I will post exercises, routines, and motivational tips to keep you going forward. If you’d like to join me in getting in shape, this is the time. I’ll also be posting food/meal plans as well.
