Netflix has released the official trailer for “Mary,” its forthcoming biblical epic film set after the birth of Jesus. Check out the film’s official synopsis: “Through Mary’s eyes, this coming-of-age biblical epic tells the story of one of history’s most profound figures and the remarkable journey that led to the birth of Jesus. Chosen to bring the Messiah into the world, Mary (Noa Cohen) is shunned following a miraculous conception and forced into hiding. When King Herod (Anthony Hopkins) orders a murderous hunt for her newborn baby, Mary and Joseph (Ido Tako) go on the run – bound by faith and driven by courage – to save his life at all costs.” The film will be available for streaming starting on December 6, 2024.

Peacock has unveiled the official trailer for its latest epic drama “Those About to Die,” featuring Academy Award winner Anthony Hopkins.
“It is an epic drama set in the corrupt world of the spectacle-driven gladiatorial competition, exploring a side of ancient Rome never before told — the dirty business of entertaining the masses, giving the mob what they want most…blood and sport. The series introduces an ensemble of characters from all corners of the Roman Empire who collide at the explosive intersection of sports, politics, and dynasties,” reads the show’s official synopsis.
The series will start streaming on July 18th.
