This morning, Lionsgate released the debut trailer for The Long Walk, their adaptation of Stephen King’s 1979 dystopian horror novel. The film stars rising talents Cooper Hoffman (Licorice Pizza) and David Jonsson (Alien: Romulus), alongside the legendary Mark Hamill (The Life of Chuck).
Check out the film’s official plot synopsis: A group of teenage boys compete in an annual contest known as “The Long Walk,” where they must maintain a certain walking speed or get shot.
