Focus Features has released the new official trailer for Robert Eggers’ Werwulf, offering a more unsettling glimpse of his stripped-back take on werewolf folklore. Set in 13th-century England, the trailer centers on Aaron Taylor-Johnson as an unnamed Man undergoing a brutal transformation amid mud-soaked landscapes, religious dread, and growing suspicion. Lily-Rose Depp plays Woman and Willem Dafoe appears as Old Hunter. WERWULF is set to open exclusively in theaters on December 25, 2026.
