It’s so amazing to see how health – fitness – happiness comes together! This year I stopped focusing on calories, paying too much attention to everything I eat. I started working out when I want to – and surprisingly I always want to now. Some years before, I had just started modeling and I was so anxious – worrying so much about my body that I forgot about having fun, enjoying life. I was fluctuating around 10 KG all the time. Lose weight, gain weight, and never happy. I wasnt even surfing because I was so worried about my “strong” arms 🥺🤣 this is what our mind does sometimes when we work with our bodies. Its hard to see the reality! Now Honestly I dont care if I have cellulite, if my arms are not the skinniest and I feel perfect. Happiness looks good on everybody ❤️ try!

I miss working 🥺 modeling is pretty amazing, but very draining as we work uncontainable hours between uncontainable flights.. with very low or 0 sleep sometimes. Sometimes In extremely cold or extremely hot conditions. It’s definitely not easy – but I love my job ❤️✨ my favorite part is to connect and meet amazing people all around the world 🤗🤗 | 🇧🇷 Que saudade de trabalhar!! Ser modelo é otimo, mas é bem desgastante também. Muitas vezes trabalhando muitas horas, entre voos muito longos. Sem dormir direito, por semanas/meses. As vezes temperaturas MUUUITO frias e as vezes é tão calor que ficamos mal o dia todo. Não é fácil, mas eu amo! Minha parte favorita é conhecer pessoas de luz ao redor do mundo e fazer amigos em todos os lugares !!
